At La Gypsy Casa, every item is crafted and packed with care. Please choose your products mindfully, as we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

We will, however, gladly offer a replacement or refund if your item arrives damaged or faulty.

To request a return for a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at Lagypsycasa@outlook.com including:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the damaged product and packaging

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Please note:

• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• We do not accept returns for used candles, oils, or opened products.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed as faulty or damaged
